Q. What kind of supplements do you sell?

Q. What causes acne?

A. So far, the actual cause of acne is unknown. However, studies have shown that many factors ranging from excess oil production to hormones to dirt and bacteria. The most successful acne treatments target these contributors. However, because there is no established cause of acne, there is no established cure for acne.

Q. Are there different types of acne?

A. There are several different types of acne. The most common version is acne vulgaris, which affects most people. However, there are also other forms such as acne conglobata and acne rosacea, most of which require differing treatments for severe acne problems. Different stages also occur including blackheads, whiteheads, eruptions, etc.

Q. Who is affected by acne?

A. Most people experience problems with acne at one time or another. Acne generally affects people in their teens. However, it can also occur in babies, toddlers, children, menopausal women, adults, and just about everybody. Only about 20% of adults are affected by acne, but the more severe forms of acne are more common in adulthood. Acne generally lasts longer in girls, but it is more severe and acute in boys.

Q. Is acne only on the face?

A. Acne can affect any area of the body. It is not limited to the face, and as such, most consider treatments for every part of the body to be necessary.

Q. How long will it take to get my package?

A. Typically, shipments take 3-7 business days or 7 to 14 days for international orders. Shipments are sent via USPS priority mail or international mail, and all come with a flat shipping rate, regardless of how much or how little you order.

Q. What if I don’t like the product?

A. We offer a full faith guarantee. If you find that you no longer need or want a product, please return all unopened bottles in resalable condition for a prompt refund. Please contact our customer service agents via phone or email for an RMA number, no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Then, please print this number clearly on your shipping label. All returns will be made within 24 hours of receiving the package, but we cannot be responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
